The best way to describe Context Coaching is to liken it to a medical doctor. You don't feel right. You want to know what is wrong. You go to get it sorted.

Using the medical doctor analogy, the beginning of any interaction is that first you feel unwell – something doesn’t feel right. At this point, all you know is that you want to feel better.

You contact your doctor and arrange a consultation. Your doctor listens to you describing your symptoms and analyses these to form an opinion as to what is wrong and what the underlying cause/s are.

Your Doctor then recommends the appropriate remedy to address the underlying cause/s. Your doctor prescribes something him/ herself (or refers you to a 3rd Party).

You take the medicine over a period of time and feel better.

Sorted!
